What Ebenstone can do for you.
Custom apps and websites, built new or built onto the systems you already use, with help before and after the build.
Custom apps, built around your work
Apps built around the work your people do.
Most organizations have work that runs on a spreadsheet, a shared inbox and somebody’s memory. Ebenstone builds an app for it, around the steps your people already follow and the words they already use. It can handle one task, or everything your team does in a day.
- Request and work-order tracking
- Intake, review and approval
- Scheduling and assignments
- Records, with reports for leadership

Websites, built and hosted
A website for your organization, built and hosted for you.
Ebenstone designs and builds your site, hosts it, and keeps it online. You don’t have to choose a site builder, find a host or learn to edit pages. When the site needs to do more later, such as taking sign-ups or payments, it can grow without starting over.
- Designed and built for you
- Hosted for you, on your own web address
- Changed for you when you ask
- Room to add sign-ups, ordering or payments later
Example website.
Sign-up, ordering and payment pages
Pages where people register, order, book or pay, built new or added to your site.
Ebenstone builds these from scratch, or adds them to the website you already have. They are used once, on a phone, by someone in a hurry, so they have to make sense the first time and never take an order you can’t fill.
- Added to your existing website, or built new
- Event and program registration
- Made-to-order shops with lead times
- Booking that knows your real availability
- Card payments through Stripe

Built onto what you already use
Ebenstone builds onto the systems you already use.
You don’t have to replace what already works. Ebenstone can build on top of the systems you run today and add the piece they are missing, so your people keep one sign-in and nobody retypes the same list.
Not every system allows it. You’ll hear on the first call whether yours does.
- Sign-in with Planning Center, Google or Microsoft accounts
- People looked up from your existing records
- Visits and shifts on each person’s phone calendar
- Email notices that leave out sensitive details
- Your own web address, with its certificate handled for you
- Planning Center
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft 365
- Stripe
- Phone calendars
Help deciding what to build
Start with a question instead of a project.
Sometimes you don’t need software built yet. You need to know whether to build, what to build first, or whether the tools you already pay for can do the job. Ebenstone looks at your idea or your current setup and gives you a written recommendation you can act on, with Ebenstone or without.
- A review of your idea, sketch or plan
- A look at the tools and spreadsheets you use now
- A second opinion on another developer’s proposal
- A written recommendation, in plain words
- KeepYour scheduling tool. It does this job well.
- BuildOne small app for requests and follow-up.
- LaterOnline payments, once the app is in use.
Example recommendation.
Support after launch
Someone who knows the system is still there next year.
Software needs small fixes and changes for as long as it’s used. Every build includes a 30-day warranty. After that, a support agreement keeps Ebenstone available, and your people can ask for help from inside the app.
How support worksHow do I change who a request is assigned to?
EbenstoneOpen the request and choose Assign. The new person is emailed right away.

What Ebenstone turns down
Projects Ebenstone will say no to
You’ll hear this on the first call, with the reason.
- A rebuild of something that only needs a repair. If what you have can be fixed, Ebenstone will say so.
- Something an existing product already does.If it exists for forty dollars a month, Ebenstone will point you to it.
- Design work with very little software in it.A designer will serve you better.
