Support
After launch, the person who built it still answers.
Software needs fixes and small changes for as long as people use it. Here is what Ebenstone provides once your project is live.
Help inside your app
Your people ask for help without leaving the app.
Apps that people sign in to include a Help panel. Someone asks a question there and sees the reply there. A dot on Help shows when a reply is waiting. Short how-to articles are written for each role, so a volunteer sees the volunteer’s articles and a leader sees the leader’s.
Each person sees only their own requests.
Live in CCO Care since 28 September 2026.
How do I change who a request is assigned to?
EbenstoneOpen the request and choose Assign. The new person is emailed right away.
How-to articles
- Assign a request
- Write a report
- Connect your phone’s calendar

What’s included
What you have once the software is live
30 days of free fixes
For thirty days after launch, anything that doesn’t work the way the statement of work says is fixed at no charge.
A support agreement, if you want one
A monthly agreement with a set number of hours for fixes, changes and questions. It is optional, and there is no penalty for going without one.
Your agreements in one place
The client portal keeps every agreement you’ve signed with Ebenstone, to read, sign and download.
Open the client portalThe same person
Requests are read and answered by the person who built your software.
Privacy while supporting you
Ebenstone sees counts, not content.
The tools Ebenstone uses to look after your app show figures such as how many people signed in this week. They never show what your people wrote.
Security and dataIf you ever leave
Your data goes with you.
Your data is returned or deleted on written request. For software built for you alone, the code is yours and documented, so another developer can take it over.
Already a client and need something?
Open Help in your app. For anything else, write to Andrew directly.
